At House Journey, we reward our customers for their loyalty by offering a points program. With every purchase you make, you will earn points that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Here's how it works:

Earn points: Every time you make a purchase on House Journey, you will earn points based on the amount you spend. For every $1 spent, you will earn 1 point. So, if you spend $50 on an order, you will earn 50 points. To earn points, you need to have an account with us. If you check out as a guest, you will not earn points, but you can later create an account and email us the email address used for that order and we will match the points up.

Redeem points: Once you have accumulated enough points, you can redeem them at checkout to save money on your order. 100 points equals $1 in value, so you can redeem them in increments of 100.

Use points at checkout: During the checkout process, you will be prompted to enter the number of points you would like to redeem. However, before you proceed to the checkout, you have to click on 'Pay With Points' in the cart. This will enable you to redeem points. You can redeem up to 50% of the order total using points. Keep in mind that you need to have at least 100 points to redeem.

Enjoy your savings: Once you have entered the number of points you would like to redeem, the discount will be applied to your order total. You will see the savings reflected in your order summary before you complete the purchase.
It's important to note that points can't be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions. Points are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable. Points will expire after a certain period of time, so be sure to redeem them before they expire.
