How to place an order

Placing an order on House Journey is simple and easy. We use Shopify as our e-commerce platform, which allows you to quickly and securely purchase the items you want. Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order:

  1. Browse our collection: Begin by browsing through our website to find the items you want to purchase. You can use the menu on the top of the website to navigate through different categories such as Home decor, Furniture, Vintage and Collectables and more.

  2. Add items to your cart: Once you have found the item you want to purchase, click on the “Add to Cart” button. You can continue shopping and add more items to your cart if you wish.

  3. Review your cart: Once you have finished shopping, click on the “Cart” button on the top right corner of the website. You will be taken to your cart where you can review all the items you have selected and make sure you are happy with your purchase.

  4. Checkout: Once you are satisfied with your cart, click on the “Checkout” button. You will be prompted to enter your shipping and billing information.

  5. Select shipping options: On the next page, you will be prompted to select your shipping options and shipping address. You can choose between standard and expedited shipping, as well as shipping to multiple addresses, P.O. Boxes and Military addresses.

  6. Select payment options: On the final page, you will be prompted to select your payment method. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. You can also use gift cards or store credit if you have any.

  7. Confirm your order: Once you have entered your payment information, click on the “Complete Order” button. You will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase.
